Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. They must be returned in perfect, unworn, undamaged and salable condition. It is the discretion of Tiffani Saxton Designs to determine if products meet these conditions. Once returned, you have the option of exchanging for full credit, or receiving a refund, less a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping.
We take the utmost caution with the packaging and shipping of our merchandise. However, given the delicacy of our products, should you receive your item and find that it is damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item, and cover the cost of shipping.
Custom items are not returnable or exchangeable.
